Hello readers! After almost an entire week full of rain and mugginess, we’re finally seeing the sun! We’ve had such beautiful weather during the morning over the past few days that my mom (aka my photographer) and I decided to take a walk around Winthrop’s campus. My apartment isn’t exactly the most scenic place to take pictures, so it was the perfect opportunity to snap a few shots for the blog.
I know some people my age are totally against wearing a skort because it seems a little childlike. While I agree to a certain extent, this style is better because it actually shows the shorts portion on the back. Plus, the asymmetrical detail gives it a sharp, sophisticated look. I like this style more than the wrap skirts because every one I’ve tried on is way too short. These make moving around and sitting down a lot more comfortable.
