Good morning! We’ve had a lot of rain in Charlotte lately and it’s making me miss sunny St. Augustine! My boyfriend and I went to Florida two weeks ago for three days, and while we only spent one day in St. Augustine, it was wonderful to explore the little streets and take in the beautiful architecture. It’s the oldest city in the country, so there’s truly no where else quite like it. What I enjoyed most was how quiet it was! Even the city square – filled with trolley cars and families leaving church – was peaceful.
Because we were short on time, we only made it to one recommendation that a few of my Instagram followers suggested – The Kookaburra for coffee. We both had the Honey Badger and it was delicious!
I honestly don’t own many dresses, but lately something has really drawn me towards colorful and feminine dresses like this maxi. I saw it walking through Nordstrom a week before we left for Florida and actually bought it without trying it on because I knew I’d love it. It’s very flattering and I love the floral pattern. It’s the perfect summer vacation dress and also comes in a beautiful white + pink version!
