This weekend was one for the books. My boyfriend Ed and I traveled to Savannah, Georgia to stay at the amazing Ballastone Inn. There will be a post coming on that – as well as a Savannah weekend travel guide – later this week! Previously, I had visited the city once and didn’t have the opportunity to see much, so we spent a lot of time exploring by foot and riding bikes. Everywhere you turn, there’s another incredible home as unique as the last. Elegant staircases and dramatic entryways surrounded by spanish moss are the norm. It’s unlike any city in the entire country.
If you’re visiting Savannah for the first time, be sure to visit West Jones Lane. The houses are incredible and we were so lucky to find it completely empty on Sunday. I wore this Free People Maxi Dress and it’s one of the dreamiest dresses I’ve ever owned. It’s flows perfectly when I walk and it’s perfect for date night or as a wedding guest dress!
