When I think back to the beginning of each school year, I remember that I always thought, “Okay, time to freshen up the wardrobe.” Going back to school always meant cleaning, reorganizing, and adding new additions to what I was bringing on campus. My pieces were simple, extremely versatile, and items I could wear for years to come. I still retain that mentality with every turn of the season. Now that fall is upon us (Sort of, it’ll stay hot in SC for a while!) I’ve started thinking about easy pieces to transition into my wardrobe. One of my favorites is this Michael Kors cross-body bag. In school, no one ever carried a regular purse. It was all wristlets and cross-body bags, making this neutral bag perfect for football season, and really for any type of wardrobe. I’m also loving this chambray dress that I’ll wear with strappy sandals now and booties/riding boots when it’s colder. These ripped jeans are by far my favorite I’ve seen online, and they’re under $100! Also, this monogram pendant necklace is the perfect, every-day piece of jewelry. Dainty and simple!
I also have this pullover (with skinny jeans and nude heels!!!), riding boots, skirt, moto jacket, striped dress, and these gorgeous red lace-up flats on my wishlist!
