Good morning! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. The last week or so has been crazy for me, what with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and getting ready to start my new job in Charlotte! It’s a weird feeling to juggle between basically two full-time jobs again, but I learn so much about myself and my strategy abilities in the meantime!

For those of you who live in the South, you know how ridiculously hot this summer has been. This past weekend was one of the hottest yet! I tried to stay as cool as possible in some of my favorite cutoffs and a breezy blouse. I love how feminine this top is – lace and peplum included! This is an old top from Joe Fresh but I finally found a top that’s super similar for under $100!

A recent find that I’m obsessed with right now are these lace-up sandals. I love the block heel and the fact that it’s modest so I can actually get away with wearing them to the office. They’re also perfect for daytime and dressed up at night with a romper or dress!
