As a blogger, there’s really nothing better than finding the perfect spot to take photos. It’s not as much about what’s in the background (although it does help) as it is about lighting. This is one of my favorites! Although there’s a major road located right in front of me, and dozens of people drive right by every minute, I’ve learned quickly to ignore it. I guess after NYFW, nothing really phases me now.
I purchased these shoes specifically to wear for the wedding I went to in Greenville last week. They really make every outfit a little more sexy, especially when wearing a skirt or dress, but I had a little malfunction while wearing them. While I was at the wedding, the rubber insert at the bottom of the heel got stuck in between two pieces of wood on the terrace I was standing on. I couldn’t move and looked so ridiculous, Patty had to literally pick me up and pull me out of the floor so I could stand up! Unfortunately, the little rubber part went with it so it has to be fixed. That still didn’t stop me from wearing them again! Aside from formal occasions, I love pairing these heels with boyfriend jeans. They definitely add a little something to this otherwise casual outfit.
