I set a goal for myself this year to continue shopping with more intention and (most importantly and something I really need to commit to) to build a wardrobe focused on quality instead of quantity. For me, that means editing down my favorite pieces and finding new ways to restyle them regularly.
I’m thrilled to be partnering with Everlane again to tell you about how I shop more consciously and how I plan out my outfits – using some of my favorite Everlane pieces!
When it comes to restyling pieces I love, like this oversized blazer, I put outfit ideas together using Mac Pages. You can also use PowerPoint, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, or even Canva to create them. Although it is a little time-consuming, I find it to be therapeutic and it helps me avoid making a huge mess when I try on different outfits. Here’s the first outfit idea I created using some of my favorite classic staples by Everlane:
To shop each of these items, hover and click over the item you want to see.
I created a second more comfortable outfit by simply switching out the denim color, shoes, and sweater to create a completely different look. It was so much easier than trying on a ton of different outfits before coming up with this one!

Thank you to Everlane for sponsoring this post.
