I am so ready for fall! As cliché as it sounds, I can’t wait for the leaves to change, autumn festivals, warm blankets and scarves, riding boots, and everything pumpkin flavored! It’s a little premature seeing as the hot weather has decided to sneak back into SC, but I’m not slowing down my wardrobe transition. While I pack most of my sweaters and jackets away during the warm months, I keep my favorite J.Crew jean jacket in my closet year round. Typically I pair it with a sundress but now that fall is upon us, I threw it over a breezy tank and ripped jeans over the weekend for a casual look. I broke the neutral pieces with a pop of color on my feet. I know that lace-up flats are a big trend right now but I can’t help myself! For $45, I couldn’t pass up these Topshop flats when I spotted them in Nordstrom. A word to the wise, make sure you go up a half size!
