Now that the weather has taken a serious dip, I always look forward to dressing in cozy layers. We took a quick coffee break (And usually when I say “we”, I’m referring to me and my mother who also happens to be my photographer) in between errands and I couldn’t wait to take this Talbots coat for a spin. I paired it with a knit sweater and simple jeans that are two of my major go-tos.
The coat comes in five colors, but this is by far my favorite. I adore this color, it’s really the type of piece that goes with everything for fall. I also plan on wearing it with this perfect cashmere sweater, tucked into this skirt. You can shop a few of my current favorites here:

Hi there! I love the coat and am considering getting it as well. I saw that you ordered a 2P and was wondering if you could tell me your measurements? I’ve never purchased anything from talbots so I’m not sure if they run large, small or true to size. Thank you so much!

I’m 5’4″ with a size C bust. As far as coats go, I’m typically an XS or S and this was perfect. I ordered the petite size just to make sure the coat wouldn’t be too long. It fits just right in the sleeves too!
