It’s so good to be back! After an unexpected month-long break from posting, I’m so excited to be back into my regular routine. I’ll be honest, it was really tough after traveling for 2 weeks and having little to no cell service most days. It forced me to put down my phone and just live. Apparently, two weeks was not long enough of a break (see my previous post) but now I’m refreshed and ready to create more content for you guys! There are a lot of exciting things happening for L&G over the next month that I can’t quite share yet. I can barely wait to talk about it!
If you guys follow me on Instagram, you know that I forced myself to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes into one carry on for Germany (which I am writing a post for soon!) I’m still shocked that I ACTUALLY did it, and I know Ed is too. I’m seriously the worst about overpacking. It put a whole new perspective on my wardrobe, that being comfortable is more important than anything else. I used to be the girl that was willing to wear something uncomfortable just to have a few pictures taken for the blog, and now I refuse. If it’s not comfy AND cute, I won’t bother! That’s why I love this Madewell dress so much. Despite the fact that it’s off-the-shoulder – which typically isn’t the most comfortable style – the material is super soft and breathable. It’s the perfect summer dress for day and night!
