Good morning, readers! This is one of my favorite looks from New York Fashion Week, but taking pictures for it was killer. It was around fifteen degrees while we took these, so needless to say, this was the quickest we’ve ever finished a shoot. I toted around a bag with my boots and thick socks to put on right after this.

Despite the cold, I loved shooting in Bryant Park. The fountain was frozen over and everything looked beautiful covered in snow. I was surprised by the amount of people who were walking around and taking their lunch break to eat outside in the park. Then again, New Yorkers are accustomed to this kind of weather, and I am definitely not!

I was super psyched to find this coat and shirt while I was in a Zara store. We don’t have these in South Carolina, so I spent A LOT of time looking around, finding exactly what I wanted. The shirt was a steal (On sale for $5!) and the jacket was perfect for my event and for dinners around the city.

I love this coat! The colour is so soft and pretty, and the shape is classic. The striped shirt looks great underneath it, too, and the bag is so cute!
