I can never resist a good leopard piece, and I loved this Joe Fresh top the minute I saw it. I have a thing for tie-neck blouses. They’re super feminine and the leopard print adds a unique touch. I wore it casually with jeans, but this top would look great dressed up, tucked into a scuba flare skirt and heels!
